The Lonesome Dove Collection

This is truly a wonderful collection of great items from our favorite Western - LONESOME DOVE. The collection consist of:

An original, signed Bill Wittliff print of his photograph “LOOKING FOR A NEW COOK.” This great photograph depicts Ranger Captains Woodrow F. Call and Augustus McRae in front of the Alamo on their trip to San Antonio in search of a new cook. (20x24, museum framed);

A COMANCHE ARROW (replica) actually used in Lonesome Dove signed by Bill, who wrote the screenplay and was executive producer of Lonesome Dove. (6x34, shadow box framed ), and;

A signed, first edition of Bill’s masterpiece fine art photography collection, A BOOK OF PHOTOGRAPHS FROM LONESOME DOVE.

Note: The Shelton Smith Collection is one of only three galleries in the United States that represents Bill Wittliff’s Lonesome Dove Collection of photographs. Each is an archival, signed print and can be professionally framed to museum standards upon request.
